Jejum desejável de 4 horas.
Condições:
Plasma (citrato).
Coleta:
Colher com um mínimo de trauma, preferencialmente sem garrotear, encaminhar para centrifugação rápida. | Colher a amostra preenchendo totalmente o tubo com sangue, tanto para adultos quanto para crianças.
